Message	After the rail incident I sent my money elsewhere, but I found other vendors to be lacking this same level of instantaneous professional support. FWIW he's paid his dues by losing out on a few thousand in margin from lost sales, how long must a man pay retribution? Anyone who's been around here knows he's been on top of his game. My view is, if he does that copy stuff again, he'll only be shooting himself in the foot. Move on.
